French, Striking on a bell, Balloon clock, circa 1900

It is rare to find a balloon clock, of these period, with pendulum and bell-striking mechanism,
they usually are non-striking, "platform" clocks

Please note that some minor wear to its exterior has to be expected and accepted ...

also a minor damage to the dial

but nothing major that detracts from its look or its working.
